- Wagering requirement: you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the total balance).
- Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = wager ৳18,000 for bonus winnings to become withdrawable.
General Bonus Policy
- Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — they can be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
- If a bonus cannot be combined with another bonus, this will be clearly stated.
- c4999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if suspicious bonus usage is detected.
- If a bonus earning limit or expiry is separately specified, that will take precedence.
VIP Program
The c4999 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP tier progression depends on a player's activity and consistency.
6 Betting & Gaming Policy
All betting and gaming activities on c4999 are governed by the following rules:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- Gaming results are determined by the technology of the respective game provider — c4999 does not interfere with results.
- If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, c4999 reserves the right to replace it with the correct result.
- Violation of fair play principles may result in account suspension.
Sports Betting
When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, the rules of the relevant leagues and tournaments (such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events) apply. If a match or event is cancelled, the staked amount is generally refunded.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the c4999 platform:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Bonus abuse: repeatedly claiming bonuses using multiple identities or payment methods.
- Collusion or fraud: conspiring with other players to influence game outcomes.
- Automation software: using bots, scripts, or other automated software.
- Money laundering: using funds obtained from illegal sources on this platform.
- Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
- Providing betting services for third parties or acting as an agent.
If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

- Failure to cooperate with the verification process.

Funds After Account Closure
If an account is closed without any rule violation, the legitimate funds in the balance will be returned (excluding bonus funds if the wagering requirement has not been met). However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
